Salad Course - Arugula & watercress salad with spiced pumpkin seeds, roasted cherry tomatoes, pickled shallots and a roasted garlic vinaigrette.
Entrée - Roasted chicken with herb roasted fingerling potatoes, local seasonal vegetables, mustard green and a Baco Noir reduction.
Dessert Course - Lavender panna cotta in a seasonal berry puree with basil sugar.
